Ode to the Waffle Haus

Snow Isn’t the Only Thing Crunching at New England Ski Resorts – New York Times

One of the top 5 best things about snowboarding is Waffle Haus. They are like crack in waffle form drizzled in belgian chocolate. Oh yes…waffles. I’ve tried to make them myself but never had much success, so now I’m either going to have to raid their factory for some dough or convince them to ship it to me. :D

 On a side note I found a site with supposedly authentic Waffles de Liege recipes…but it’s all in french. I need to find some time to translate the recipes.
